CogentHub is a London-headquartered BPO and technology-enabled contact centre company founded in 2016, specialising in voice and non-voice BPM services. Operating globally with major delivery centers in India, they support industries like retail, finance, and telecoms with AI-driven, ISO-certified, and GDPR-compliant solutions.
The Project
CogentHub got in touch because they were interested in using LinkedIn to generate contact centre service contracts.
The initial work was a 4-month proof-of-concept project using the founder’s account. The work entailed Profile Optimisation, Sales Navigator setup (partial), and running campaigns to targeted 1st connections and building new connections. This campaign generated a £500,000 contract, an ROI of 8,750%, added many opportunities to the pipeline, and created 1000+ new targeted connections.
