Founded in 2010, People Puzzles aims to drive growth by solving HR and people issues quickly and cost-effectively.  Working on a flexible, part-time basis within businesses, their fractional HR Directors help their clients achieve their business goals faster and adapt to current challenges. Backed up by an established team of HR experts nationwide, their clients benefit from a much wider resource at a fraction of the cost or risk of a full-time hire.

The Project

The initial LinkedIn work requirements were to standardise the company’s branding on LinkedIn and to focus on a single primary user account for lead generation. The work we carried out in the initial project entailed Profile Optimisation, Sales Navigator setup (partial) and running a Re-engage Campaign to targeted 1st connections (for 1 user). This campaign generated £146,880 in revenue and an ROI of 3,980%.

The second project was to run a nurture outreach campaign (for 2 users) to generate a valuable touchpoint with the targeted audience. This resulted in £220,320 in revenue and an ROI of 3,906%. The third project was another nurture outreach campaign (for 1 user), resulting in £146,880 in revenue and an ROI of 4,469%.
